Description

He is a beaver character that is seen in Sonic the Comic (British official Sega magazine by Fleetway) back in the 90s.  He appears in issue #121:

He is a silly little beaver that is lazy about work and try to tame others into doing his stuff.

I drew him here with a big Sonic balloon.... since he is tricked by Robotnik into believing Sonic is a tyranic dictator on Mobius
